Outlet malls are the best. My favorite time to shop is Monday and Tuesday during the day when the crowds are less and I can take my time.

I love shopping at outlet stores. Not only are the prices better then other retail stores, but you often find unique clothing that was either unpopular at the main stores or brands that were specifically designed for the outlet stores so you are not wearing what everyone else is.
